Who Can Apply

Eligible candidates include:

  • Engineering / B.Tech (all branches)
  • Postgraduates: MTech, MBA, MCA, MSc
  • Undergraduates: BSc, BCA, BHM, BBA
  • Diploma holders
Step-by-Step Process
  • Candidates submit their updated resume to Otaagai Global.
  • Interview & Shortlisting, screening and interview conducted by the Otaagai Global Team.
  • Provisional Offer Letter issued by Otaagai Global HR Department.
  • Document Submission

Scanned copies of:

  • 10th, 12th, Graduation mark sheets
  • Passport
  • PAN & Aadhaar
  • Japanese Language Training (Online)
  • Begins at JLPT N5 level
  • Continues up to JLPT N4 level
  • Financial Support Documents
  • Parent/Guardian financial documents submitted for scrutiny.
  • University / Language Institute Application
  • Formal application to partner institutions in Japan.
  • Immigration Interview
  • Conducted by the University/Institute.
  • Certificate of Eligibility (COE)
  • Issued by the Ministry of Justice, Government of Japan.
  • COE Delivery
  • Candidate receives the original COE.
  • Visa Application (India)
  • Submission of visa application at the Japanese Consulate.
Travel to Japan
  • Departure scheduled for April/October 2027.
  • Course Commencement (Japan)
  • Start of JLPT N3 level training at University/Institute.
  • Part-Time Work (from 2nd Month)
  • Up to 28 hours per week
  • Earnings: JPY 100,000 – JPY 120,000 per month
  • Final Placement Assistance
  • Upon successful completion of JLPT N3, placement support provided by University & Otaagai Global.
  • On Successful completion of N3, final placement assistance will be provided from the University/ Institute/In4Growth Global.
Full-Time Career Projections (Post N3 Completion)
  • Graduate Salaries: JPY 250,000 – JPY 300,000 per month
  • Additional Benefits (Company Policy Dependent):
  • Bonus: Twice a year (equivalent to 14 months’ salary)
  • Rental Allowance: ~50% of monthly rent covered
  • Paid Overtime: Up to 32 hours/month at premium rates
